Chinese printing companies embrace eco-friendly technology

Chinese printing enterprises seem to be taking the lead in driving a new industrial transformation, embracing intelligent and green eco-friendly technologies. This dynamic shift has made them the center of attention at this year's Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition, one of the world's most influential printing expos.

Several leading companies at the exhibition have unveiled groundbreaking products. Beijing Zhiyi Harmony Technology Co., Ltd., a prominent participant, showcased its latest cutting-edge technology. A company employee surnamed Cui drew particular attention to the P9 digital rotary printing press.

The P9 press, or P9 Big Tornado, has undergone rigorous testing at Xinjiang Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd., operating at full capacity 24 hours a day over three textbook printing seasons.

"This digital printing technology, which is both environmentally friendly and efficient, has been successfully applied to the production of educational materials for young students," the employee disclosed.

China Print 2025, also known as the 11th Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition, showcased a wide range of technologies related to digital printing, offset printing, packaging, and labeling. The expo also hosted high-level forums aimed at fostering discussions on industry trends and innovations.
