While speaking at the Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting in Beijing, former Namibian President Nangolo Mbumba stressed the importance of multilateral exchanges in promoting peace and development. He also called for a future of free culture that respects the rights of all humans. Over 600 participants from around 140 countries and regions have registered for the two-day meeting.
