Former South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has been rearrested, less than four months after his release. Yoon faces charges over ordering martial law in December 2024, abusing power, obstructing justice and destroying secret records. If convicted of insurrection, he could face life imprisonment or even the death penalty.
