After living in Beijing for many years, musician Shafqat returned to his hometown of Yining City in Xinjiang's Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture. In 2022, he founded a unique cultural space in the city's bustling Liuxing Street, combining a bookstore, restaurant, bar, and a live music stage – all in one venue. Shafqat aims to build a creative community where young artists can come together, inspire each other, and collaborate. Through this platform, he hopes to bring more energy and cultural depth to the city, creating a thriving space for art lovers and cultural enthusiasts alike.
