Brazil's Lula vows to counter Trump's tariff threat

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has pledged to seek a diplomatic resolution to U.S. President Donald Trump's threat to impose 50 percent tariffs on Brazilian exports, but vowed to hit back with countermeasures if the tariffs go through.
