Having first visited China 20 years ago, Croatian delegate Karolina Leakovic described it as a "privilege" to witness the country's transformation over the past two decades, noting that technological advancement and urbanization are now clearly visible in daily life.

Praising China's Global Civilization Initiative, Leakovic highlighted the importance of diplomatic and cultural exchanges in promoting peaceful solutions for the world's shared future.
