The New Development Bank (NDB) has increasingly served as a robust and strategic agent of development and modernization for the Global South over the past decade, said Jiang Tianjiao, associate director of the Center for BRICS studies at Fudan University, in an interview with CGTN's Lily Lyu. He further highlighted that the NDB is set to emerge as a core engine reshaping the global financial order, as it embarks on a second golden decade of high quality development.
