The 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Digital Economy Forum opened on Friday in north China's Tianjin Municipality. The event has attracted over 600 participants from China and abroad to discuss topics including industrial digitalization and the application of digital technologies. An official from the National Data Administration noted that in recent years, SCO member countries have made significant progress in cooperating on digital infrastructure, digital payments, and big data applications.
