In Angola, Africa, there is an entrepreneur from Dezhou, east China's Shandong Province, named Wang Lingling. Over the past 14 years, she has built three factories in Angola, bringing Chinese photovoltaic technology and products to the Angolan people. The locals affectionately call her "Messenger of light." Wang says the Belt and Road Initiative has tightened cooperation between China and Angola. She aspires to become a bridge connecting regions and minds, passing down the cooperation between the two countries like an eternal flame so that the seeds of friendship may take root and flourish.
