Xinjiang in Focus: Field of hope

Upon graduating from university, Shen Wei made the resolute decision to stay in Shache County, Xinjiang, dedicating himself to education with the firm belief that learning can open up a broader world for children. It was in sports education that Shen discovered a ray of hope—soccer. Starting from a humble village school, he leveraged public support to build a soccer field, allowing the children to train in a better environment.

Soccer not only brought the children joy but also gave them the opportunity to step beyond their hometown and witness a wider world. Through setbacks, they learned perseverance; with victories, they tasted the sweetness of success.

From nurturing a simple dream to establishing a multi-level youth training system, this soccer team from southern Xinjiang is striving to reach a higher stage, pledging to "Never Give Up" and fueling the dreams of Chinese soccer!
