China-Kazakhstan cooperation boosts green energy transition

China is helping Kazakhstan shift away from coal by building solar power plants across the country.
In Mangystau, a 20MW plant is now 80 percent complete. Once operational, it will ease pressure on the power grid and provide stable electricity.
