China's transport ministry says the country now operates the world's biggest high-speed rail, highway, and express delivery networks. It covers over 97 percent of cities with more than 500,000 people. The ministry says it will plan new major projects, upgrade existing transport infrastructure, and boost national economic circulation and travel convenience for the public.
