The 2025 International Advanced Air Mobility Expo kicked off in Shanghai on Wednesday, covering an exhibition area of 60,000 square meters with nearly 300 exhibitors and over 30 forums and events.
More than 19 products will make their global debut during the expo, while 25 will have their first domestic release. Highlights include the world's first seven-seat, three-tonne multi-purpose eVTOL aircraft, a flying car platform, large fixed-wing drones, hydrogen-powered UAVs, aviation engines and range extenders, electric drive systems, and eVTOL flight simulators.
The expo focuses on the core themes of "industry, ecosystem and scenarios," combining exhibitions, forums, and competitions. Among the 30-plus events, the international forum on future air mobility will bring together regulators and leading enterprises from around the world to discuss emerging trends. Meanwhile, the low-altitude economy infrastructure development conference will release a framework study report, providing practical guidance for the industry.
During the expo, Shanghai residents can indulge in low-altitude activities, a drone light show over the Huangpu River, and low-altitude sightseeing experiences in Lujiazui. Job seekers will have access to recruitment opportunities in the low-altitude sector, while entrepreneurs can explore partnerships through project roadshows.
