China's permanent representative to the United Nations, Fu Cong, on Tuesday rejected U.S. accusations against China over the South China Sea. It is the United States that has been stirring up trouble, sowing discord, and undermining regional trust in the South China Sea, said Fu in response to accusations against China by a U.S. representative at a UN Security Council meeting.
