Nine Thai civilians have been killed across three provinces since armed clashes erupted on Thursday between Cambodia and Thailand, the Thai army has said.
Those killed include an 8-year-old boy. A further 14 people in Thailand have been injured as a result of the fighting, the army said in a statement.
The Cambodian side has not commented on the casualties.
