Tensions between Thailand and Cambodia are escalating as border clashes intensify. Two rockets struck Phanom Dongrak Hospital in Surin, Thailand, though all patients were evacuated safely. Both countries have downgraded diplomatic ties. Hear more from CGTN's Dusita Saokaew, reporting from the scene.
