In the sizzling heat of July in Wuhu, Anhui Province, the city kicked off its third crayfish food festival, drawing crowds with irresistible flavors and vibrant nightlife. Running until July 31, the event brings together leading local crayfish brands to serve up spicy, garlic, and pepper-salt variations freshly cooked on-site by master chefs.
