This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of formal diplomatic ties between China and the European Economic Community, a predecessor to the European Union. Young leaders from more than 10 European countries, including Italy, Germany and France, visited southern China's Greater Bay Area to promote stronger cultural exchanges.
