Typhoon Co-May has made landfall in east China's Zhejiang Province. Authorities there are on high alert. Shanghai is also bracing for Co-May which is expected later in the day. The city plans to evacuate more than 100,000 people to safer ground. The storm is moving slowly and is expected to bring prolonged heavy rain across eastern China, affecting Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui and Shandong in the coming days.
