Reception held to mark 98th anniversary of PLA's founding

The Chinese military held a reception at the Great Hall of the People on Thursday to celebrate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army, which falls on August 1. Minister of National Defense Dong Jun delivered a speech at the reception.
