A major exhibition showcasing the works of celebrated Russian artist Ilya Repin has opened at the National Museum of China, marking a key cultural event under the China-Russia Cultural Year. Co-organized by the National Museum of China and Russia's Tretyakov Gallery, with support from the State Russian Museum, the exhibition presents a comprehensive retrospective of Repin's masterpieces — the most extensive display of his works ever held in China. CGTN reporter Yang Yan brings more from the opening.
