"We used to say that Pakistan-China friendship is higher than the Himalayas. But with this space cooperation, we can very well say that Pakistan-China cooperation is higher than the skies," Ahsan Iqbal, Pakistan's minister for planning, development, and special initiatives, told CGTN Digital reporter Shen Shiwei in an interview, after he concluded a visit to China on August 4.
The minister praised China-Pakistan space cooperation after witnessing the launch of the Pakistan Remote-Sensing Satellite (PRSS-1) at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province on July 31.
