Tse Wing Fai and Ip Kwun Ying are not your everyday athletes. That's because each one has a dual identity, one running a fitness center by day, the other working full time as a physiotherapist. Come night-time, however, they are team-mates, training side by side on the handball court. But that's not to say they regard handball as a mere a side gig: this year they have the great honor of representing Hong Kong SAR in the men's handball competition at the 15th National Games, hosted for the first time in the Hong Kong's Kai Tak Sports Park. What's especially inspiring about them is that they've chosen to keep chasing the game they love even in the midst of very busy lives. On National Fitness Day, let's pay tribute to the power of persistence and the spirit of two handballers who are determined never lose sight of their goal regardless of how many hats they wear!
