The World Robot Conference (WRC) opened in Beijing with more than 100 cutting-edge robotics products making their debut. Humanoid robots showcased their ever-evolving lifelike qualities, from looking like humans to moving like humans and carrying out challenging tasks around the house and in the workplace. They took part in demonstrations alongside robotic pets and other agile quadruped bots as well as rescue robots on the first day of the event.
