Since 1985, Zhuang Yuejiang, former deputy editor-in-chief of Quzhou Daily, has been a man on a mission. Devoting himself to uncovering Quzhou's connection with the Doolittle Raid, for decades he's been interviewing witnesses and publishing articles, intent of bringing this forgotten chapter of history back into public consciousness. Thanks to the efforts of Zhuang and like-minded others, the site of Quzhou's 13th Air Force Station was preserved in its entirety – a standing testament to China's role in the global fight against fascism!
