The first full rehearsal for the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was held overnight at Beijing's Tiananmen Square, from Saturday night to early Sunday morning.

Around 22,000 people participated, and the event proceeded in an orderly manner, meeting all expected goals.
