China's Hu Yicheng and Zhang Xinxin claimed gold in the women's trampoline synchronized final at the 2025 Chengdu World Games on Sunday night in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province.
Four pairs competed in the final, with the Chinese duo facing teams led by Great Britain's 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics champion Bryony Page, Canada's 2024 Paris Summer Olympics bronze medalist Sarah Milette, and Japan's two-time Olympic qualifier Hikaru Mori.
In the semifinals, Great Britain's Page and Isabelle Songhurst came up short against Japan, missing out on a podium place, while China beat Canada to set up an all-Asian final.
Hu and Zhang put together a close-to-flawless routine in the championship round, earning 51.340 points to clinch the title. Japan settled for silver, while Canada bowed out with bronze.
