High on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, the air is thin, but the rhythm is strong. Hands sway, feet tap, voices blend, this is Guozhuang, a traditional Tibetan dance. Its name comes from the Tibetan word for "circle," and true to its name, dancers move clockwise while singing in harmony. Today, it's still a highlight of festivals, but you'll also see it every morning and evening. It's a joyful form of exercise, bringing together neighbors, friends, and even strangers. Would you join the circle?
