Wang Huning, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, on Thursday presented a plaque, with an inscription by President Xi Jinping reading "Building a community for the Chinese nation and writing a new chapter for beautiful Xizang," to the Xizang Autonomous Region.
