Nestled in the mist-wrapped folds of Nyingchi is the Yigong Tea Plantation, which at 2,200 meters is one of the world's highest organic tea gardens. This is tea master Cao Aiping's home and workplace, where she transforms leaves drenched in morning light and snow into tea.
