CGTN spoke to Jonathan Fowler, senior communications manager at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine Refugees in the Middle East. UNRWA has been providing learning services for Palestinian refugee children in Gaza. Fowler says education provides hope for these children.
