Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states are deepening cooperation in digital infrastructure and the transformation of traditional industries – driving growth in the digital economy and technological innovation. In Kazakhstan, one CEO is leading the construction of the largest data center in the Commonwealth of Independent States, thanks to partnerships with China and collaboration under the SCO framework.
