Hawaii's Mount Kilauea, one of the world's most active volcanoes, resumed erupting by shooting an arc of lava 30 meters into the air. The explosion generated a significant ash plume and lava fountains from fissures. The eruption is now contained within the summit crater, and no homes are threatened.
