China has made new progress in promoting high-quality foreign trade during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, said Sun Meijun, head of the country's General Administration of Customs, at a press conference on Monday. New growth drivers have gained momentum, import sources have become more diversified, while the regional structure has improved, Sun added.
