In South India, almost everyone has tasted the steaming hot Indian pancake, dosa. For many, it marks the beginning of their day.

Raja Gopal Iyer, a CEO and food enthusiast, started learning to cook at age seven. He explains that dosa originally came from temples, where it was offered to the gods, before becoming part of everyday life and evolving into different styles.
