In South India, almost everyone has tasted a steaming hot Indian pancake, the Dosa. For many, it marks the beginning of their day.

Raja Gopal Iyer, the CEO of a hotel group, is also a food enthusiast who started learning to cook at age seven. Iyer explains that the Dosa originally came from temples, where it was offered to the gods, before becoming part of everyday life and evolving into different styles of eating.
