China's State Council released guidelines on advancing its "AI Plus Initiative," setting targets for integrating AI in six key areas of the economy, including sci-tech and governance. The three-step roadmap, which calls for the utilization of AI technology to serve as an international public good for all, stipulates an over 70 percent adoption of smart terminals by 2027, 90 percent by 2030 and full support for socialist modernization by 2035.
