Eighty years after the victory over Japan, a family shares their treasured heirloom: a photo album published in 1938 detailing Japanese war crimes, purchased at great personal risk in Japanese-occupied Nanjing in the 1940s.

Guan Hongliang's grandfather bought the book, "A True Record of Japanese Atrocities," to help preserve evidence of history. Decades later, it remains a powerful testament to civilian courage in wartime.
