SpaceX launched its Starship rocket from Starbase in South Texas on Tuesday night, marking the vehicle's 10th test flight. The rocket carried eight dummy satellites into orbit for the first time. After coasting through space for just over an hour, Starship reentered Earth's atmosphere and splashed down in the Indian Ocean as planned. Video from a buoy camera showed a fireball upon impact, but SpaceX confirmed the mission's success. NASA has contracted Starship for future moon landings, while Elon Musk envisions it as the key to reaching Mars.
