"Green Bonds," which presents a fresh perspective on how China is promoting sustainable development in Central Asian countries through green technology, infrastructure investments, and talent cultivation. The series is told through personal stories that show how green development can serve as a new vehicle for regional cooperation.

In Kazakhstan, after Burak Kumentila joined a Chinese enterprise, he received specialized training and became a qualified solar engineer. He then completed a master's degree, and now takes care of 300,000 photovoltaic panels at the Kapchagay Solar Park. His journey not only changed his personal destiny but also contributed to the local energy transition. In Turkmenistan, the Hayyrly Senagat Greenhouse relies on Chinese lightweight packaging technology to export high-quality tomatoes to overseas markets. In 2024, the export volume doubled to 149,000 tons, showcasing the integration of agricultural modernization with green trade. In Tajikistan, Gandzhalov Zanidin Rakhmanovich has worked at the Sarband Hydroelectric Power Station for 27 years. Recently, he witnessed the revitalization of this plant thanks to the help of Chinese experts. Today, power output has increased significantly, injecting vitality into agricultural irrigation and clean energy supply in Tajikistan.
