China has become a leader in digital infrastructure and green tech investment within the SCO. CGTN spoke to Shi Jing, an assistant professor at the Institute for International and Area Studies at Tsinghua University, about the new push for digital and green cooperation within the bloc. He says China is committed to working with all parties to foster collaboration, especially for young people in the field of emerging technologies.
