American Labor Day rallies in Washington challenge Trump's union policies

00:42

Workers from more than 30 unions and groups marched in Washington, D.C., on August 28. They protested against the policies of U.S. President Donald Trump, including an executive order signed earlier in the day limiting collective bargaining rights for federal unions in certain agencies. The rally highlighted corporate union-busting and economic inequality.

American Labor Day is a holiday observed on the first Monday of September to honor workers and the labor movement in the country.
