04:34

In Pakistan's Punjab province, all three major rivers have overflowed simultaneously for the first time in the country's history. Irfan Ali Khan, head of the provincial disaster management agency, said more than 800 boats and 1,300 rescue personnel are taking part in evacuating families, mostly in rural communities along the riverbanks. CGTN's Daniel Khan has the latest from the Pakistan-India border.
