Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday called for taking concrete actions to promote the Global Governance Initiative at the "Shanghai Cooperation Organization Plus" Meeting in Tianjin.
"We should adopt a systematic and holistic approach, coordinate global actions, fully mobilize various resources, and strive for more visible outcomes," President Xi said when addressing the meeting.
He also urged enhancing practical cooperation to prevent the governance system from falling behind or becoming fragmented.
