Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke in Chinese on Tuesday at the opening ceremony of the Kazakhstan Culture Centre in Beijing. Citing a Chinese saying, "One flower alone does not make spring; a hundred flowers in bloom create a garden full of spring," the president talked about the deepening bond between the two sides. He also expressed confidence in his country's bilateral ties with China.
