Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan welcomed international guests attending the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War in Beijing.

They then took a group photo. After that, Xi, together with these international guests, walked up the Tian'anmen Rostrum at the heart of China's capital to watch the upcoming massive military parade.
