Legendary fashion designer Giorgio Armani died on Thursday at the age of 91. Armani combined the flair of a designer with the acumen of a businessman as he directed a company generating some 2.3 billion euros ($2.7 billion) in annual turnover. His funeral will be private, but well-wishers can pay respects beforehand at a funeral chamber open on Saturday and Sunday in Milan.
