At the 93rd plenary meeting of the 79th session of UN General Assembly, China's Deputy Permanent Representative Geng Shuang said dialogue and negotiation are the only viable way to resolve the Ukraine crisis. He called on the international community to build momentum for peace talks and create conditions for an early political settlement.
