Preparations have been underway at Zhengzhou International Airport since Saturday morning, as China readies the first batch of emergency humanitarian aid – part of a total package worth 50 million yuan (about $7 million) for earthquake-hit Afghanistan. The two flights are scheduled to take off on September 7, and is expected to arrive in Kabul, Afghanistan's capital, at around 9 a.m. local time.
