An Israeli strike in Gaza City toppled a high-rise building on Friday. The Israeli government said the 14-story Mushtaha Tower was being used by Hamas. Gaza's Health Ministry reported that 30 Palestinians had been killed across Gaza by the Israeli military, including 20 in Gaza City. Israel has pledged to seize the city, with its forces now a few kilometers from the city center.
